About the Author HENRY HARRIS started his career in the catering industry as a waiter in Brighton, England. In 1983 he moved to London and studied at Leith?s School of Food and Wine for a year. In 2002 he opened his own restaurant, Racine, to universally ecstatic reviews. In 2003 it won the Time Out French Restaurant of the Year Award. Henry has written for Sunday Telegraph Magazine as well as other national newspapers and magazines. He lives in London, England. Read more
